Refund Eligibility:
We offer a refund in the following situations:

Initial Consultation:
- If you are unsatisfied with the strategy or communication after the first consultation or onboarding process, you can request a full refund within 7 days of signing the contract. No questions asked.

Non-Performance or Delayed Results:
- If we do not meet agreed-upon benchmarks or KPIs for your campaign (outlined in your contract), and after 30 days of corrective action, the performance still doesn’t improve, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the unfulfilled portion of the service.

Campaign Setup Errors:
- If an error occurs due to our team during the setup of any ad campaign (e.g., incorrect targeting, budget misallocation), we will correct the error at no extra charge. If the issue results in wasted ad spend, we will either reimburse the lost amount or offer equivalent services free of charge.

Early Contract Termination:
- If you choose to terminate the contract early, refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of services (such as remaining days or unused ad budget). Cancellation must be made at least 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

SEO Results Guarantee:
- SEO results take time to materialize, but if there is no noticeable improvement in rankings, traffic, or organic visibility within 90 days, you may request a partial refund. Refunds will be issued for the unfulfilled work according to agreed milestones in the SEO contract.

Ad Budget Refund:
- Any remaining ad budget for YouTube Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads that has not been utilized by the end of the campaign can either be refunded or rolled over into a future campaign with your approval.
Exclusions:
- Refunds do not apply to third-party costs, such as platform fees (e.g., Google, YouTube, Meta).
- Refunds will not be granted for customer delays or lack of response that impact campaign performance.
- Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the completion of service are not eligible.
Refund Process:
- Step 1: Submit a written request for a refund to your account manager or our support team via email at support@nismatdigital.com.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may require additional information or a meeting to discuss the issue.
- Step 3: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
